International Institute of Economics and Law magistracy. International Institute of Economics and Law (IIEP)

Does not appreciate, fails, "uses" contractors/clients History. Point 1. In 2013, I remotely entered MIEP (and several other universities) for a second higher education program. Introductory to MIEP passed, but at that time (according to different reasons) made a choice in favor of studying at another university. In the same year, in one of his letters to the admission committee, MIEP wrote (illustration 1) the following kind words to the university: [Quote] “This month I passed and continue to take entrance examinations in the form of testing at several universities (bachelor's degree). And I want to say that I really, really respected your university - MIEP. For the reason that the interface of the MIEP testing system DOES NOT show whether the subject's answer to the previous question was correct, and DOES NOT contain the "Return to the previous question" button. I respected the fact that the test execution time is limited to a very short period. I believe that these measures guarantee the objectivity of knowledge testing of both applicants and students. That is, as an applicant, I am sure that if I am admitted to MIEP, I will be among very intelligent fellow students, and in addition, I will know that in case of successful completion of MIEP, my potential employers will trust the quality of my knowledge.” [End of quote] Paragraph 2. In 2015, I decided to study in absentia at the MIEP under the program of the second higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence". Passed the introductory, arrived (from afar) to the selection committee to transfer the original documents. While in the selection committee, in one of the applications - for admission to entrance examinations - exclusively at the request of an employee of the selection committee, only having heard from this employee a promise to return documents by mail, if so desired, in the column "Method of returning documents" noted "Personally", informing that in any case, in a situation of revocation of documents, I would prefer to return them by mail, which I will indicate in the application for revocation if an appropriate situation arises. At the same time, I happened to become a casual witness of how one of the senior students of this economic and legal university demonstrated ignorance and helplessness in a simple legal life situation (the issue of obtaining tax deduction for the cost of his education). Paragraph 3. This time I had to refuse the choice in favor of studying at MIEP. I sent an application to MIEP for the withdrawal of documents with a request to return the original documents to me by mail. Waited-waited. The documents were not returned. I called MIEP to clarify the situation. IN telephone conversation the employees first tried to refer to that (lost value) statement with a note about the method of returning documents, then, taking into account my statement about the withdrawal of documents with their return by mail and my duplicate oral request for return by mail, they promised to send the documents anyway mail. Waited-waited. The documents were not returned. I called MIEP again to clarify the situation. In a telephone conversation, the employees again first tried to refer to that (lost meaning) statement with a note about the method of returning documents, then, taking into account my repeated written statement about the withdrawal of documents with their return by mail and my duplicate oral request for return by mail, again promised to send the documents by mail. Waited-waited. The documents were not returned. I wrote a complaint to the rector of MIEP, describing the situation in detail. In response, I received a letter stating that the documents were sent by a simple letter (that is, it is fundamentally impossible to check the passage of which or to make sure that it was sent). One and a half months I waited for the designated promised simple letter. Not wait. Concluding that it was lost or (which, given the current situation, more likely) was not sent at all, he sent a polite request to the MIEP for reimbursement of the cost of restoring the lost original documents. The request was ignored by the university, I never received my documents or compensation for my losses. Point 4. Looking through reviews of MIEP on the Internet in 2015, I found that (Figure 2) a part (the same one that I gave above) was taken from my letter (which was sent by me personally in 2013 to the only addressee - MIEP - without permission to use the text), posted by some people (signed by them as if they were the authors of the text) on many sites and positioned as - their - positive review of MIEP. Point 5. In relation to the text of the quotation from my letter given by me above. These were just my positive words about the university (as it turns out, not deserved by it), nothing more. So, for example, if we talk about the MIEP electronic entrance testing system, now I already understand that the absence of restrictions on the number of attempts to pass the test provides the possibility of using (by dishonest applicants) a scheme that guarantees recruitment for no more than (3 * (number of questions ) + 1) 100 percent attempts for any test in any subject with completely zero knowledge, that is, without the need to know at least any material in the corresponding subject. Therefore, statements about the environment of highly intelligent fellow students and the trust of potential employers in the quality of knowledge obtained at MIEP lose their meaning. Conclusions. 1. History leads to the conclusion that there is no guarantee of an “environment of intelligent fellow students” in MIEP; rather, a guarantee of the opposite is confirmed in practice. 2. The story leads to the conclusion that for MIEP there is no guarantee of “potential employers' trust in the quality of knowledge obtained at MIEP”, rather, a guarantee of the opposite is confirmed. 3. History leads to the conclusion that one should agree that positive reviews about MIEP are posted on the Internet by university employees, posing as MIEP students, and also using other people's texts without permission. 4. History leads to the conclusion that the cost of the MIEP reputation deserves to be estimated at a few rubles: the university is ready to sacrifice its reputation for the sake of gaining/saving a few rubles. For MIEP, the cost of a registered letter (about 50 rubles) for sending documents is more valuable than the positive attitude of the applicant (counterparty). 5. History leads to the conclusion that MIEP employees cannot be trusted and trusted. I am sure that in any even the smallest detail, MIEP, represented by its employees, will only take care of its own interests and material gain, without regard for the reasonable (fair) interests of counterparties who have trusted MIEP, neglecting the reasonable (fair) interests of counterparties who have trusted MIEP, acting contrary to the reasonable (fair) interests of counterparties who trusted MIEP. 6. I support negative reviews about MIEP and do not support positive ones. 7. I am glad that fate saved me both times from closer interaction with this university - I am glad that I did not study there. Based on the foregoing, I recommend that all readers avoid any interaction with " International Institute economics and law MIEP”! Thanks for reading.

MIEP occupies a leading position among, and throughout Russia, in terms of the number of students studying remotely. This allows full coverage of those in need of training. And a huge number of branches allows you to recruit the maximum number of students. Distance education allows people to improve their skills without breaking away from their job responsibilities. MIEP training programs allow you to improve your own business, organize new business schemes to increase the profitability of the enterprise. MIEP is a university for smart people who want to gain up-to-date knowledge about economic theory and jurisprudence. The very spirit of distance education has a positive effect on students. It also allows students to learn the latest digital technologies that are essential to running a successful business.

The role of the university in the country's economy

In Russia, there is a huge shortage of modern managers who could apply new methods of enterprise and personnel management. The old ways of doing business stop working: labor productivity is low, there is no profit. Within the walls of MIEP, people learn new technologies for running an enterprise. It is necessary to apply new technologies not only in technical terms, but also in organizing the work of specialists and the entire structure of production. Graduates of this university have a huge advantage over other managers. They know how to improve production efficiency, motivate people and cut costs without resorting to austerity. The world is changing and people are changing along with it, and, accordingly, the whole business. MIEP graduates are ready for such changes and even lead them. Managers who have received a legal education at MIEP are introducing new methods of staff training, new internal rules and normalizing document flow at the enterprise, which has a positive effect on financial condition and working atmosphere in the team.

Without a higher education, it is difficult to find a job, and if you manage to get a job, you will not see career growth.

Being already a mother, spending a large number of time at home, got interested distance learning. I really liked the programs offered at MIEP.

student life

Much attention is paid to MIEP and public life. The university has a student council, which includes several independent associations. Thus, there is a department that provides friendly support to first-year students, its own scientific society, a charitable foundation, a career guidance department and a direction responsible for public relations. Each division of the student council has its own tasks.

Among MIEP students there are true connoisseurs of outdoor activities, those who are engaged in hiking, and there are lovers of antiquity and sightseeing routes. On the website of the university you can find a detailed photo report that tells about a variety of outreach events. For the needs of students, a library has been created, the book fund of which is 75 thousand copies.
