Preparation:

Grate all ingredients, except the canned food, on a coarse grater. Add corn without liquid to the salad mixture, add salt and add mayonnaise. Stir and consume freshly prepared.

A recipe that even a beginner can implement, but it looks very nice.

  • Radish - 250 g
  • Cucumber - 200 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Green onions - 50 g
  • Bunch of salad
  • Sour cream - 60 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

  • Salt, sugar and pepper

Preparation:

Sort the salad, separate the rough parts, wash, dry, tear the leaves into pieces. Place in a cup. Chop the radish and cucumber in the standard way and transfer. Coarsely chop the onion and finely chop the white part. Chop the dill. Prepare the sauce: add mustard, lemon juice, butter to the sour cream, add salt, sugar and pepper in the desired amount. Mix the ingredients. Decorate the dish. Top with quartered eggs.

The secret of good croutons: dried bread is easier to cut, grease a heated frying pan with oil, lay out the bread, add garlic, peppers, fry for 5 minutes.

Salad Breakfast - a boost of energy for the morning

An unusual combination of cottage cheese and vegetables, the salad contains all the vitamins for a complete morning meal. The addition of sesame seeds adds originality.

Ingredients:

  • Sesame seed - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 1 piece
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Radish - 300 gr
  • Cottage cheese - 100 gr

This special salad leaves you feeling light.

  • Poached egg - 1 piece
  • Radishes - 5 pcs.
  • Young cucumber - 1 piece
  • Celery - 3 sprigs
  • Curdled milk - 100 g
  • Salt, sugar to taste

Preparation:

Prepare a poached egg (see recipe above). Salt and sweeten the yogurt. Cut the vegetables into strips, chop the celery. Add as much sauce to the vegetables as you think is necessary. Place a poached egg on a plate, next to it is a salad, garnish with herbs and vegetable decorations

The main ingredients are spring vegetables – radish and cucumber. Of course, in order to experience the unforgettable spring taste, it is better to buy either ground vegetables or greenhouse vegetables, but locally “produced”, because imported vegetables sharply lose their taste.

As a dressing for this salad, I chose a lighter option - vegetable oil and vinegar. But you can dress the salad at your discretion: mayonnaise, sour cream, any sauce.


Well washed and trimmed radishes should be cut for salad. There are tons of cutting options. I think cutting into whole circles is very elegant. And although many people think that it is inconvenient to eat chopped salad this way, I am ready to object. If we use young and small vegetables for the salad, then the circles will turn out small and neat, which means that eating the salad will be simple and pleasant.


We cut fresh cucumber in the same way. You just need to note that the cutting should be thin, the radish and cucumber slices should be approximately the same in thickness. This is how you can balance the taste without giving the palm to any one vegetable.


If I use fresh lettuce in a salad, I try to avoid stirring the dish altogether so as not to damage the delicate texture of the fresh greens. Therefore, I proceed as follows.

I wash the lettuce leaves under ice-cold running water, actively shake off droplets of water from them and tear them with my hands into the desired pieces. It is customary to tear the leaves by hand rather than cut them with a knife to avoid oxidation when the knife comes into contact with the lettuce leaf. I immediately lay out the prepared leaves in salad bowls.

And then there are several options for preparing the salad. The first one is to immediately pour the dressing over the salad leaves and place the vegetables on top. Second - in a separate bowl I mix the chopped vegetables with dressing (salad dressing) and then spread them on lettuce leaves in portions.

Which path you choose depends on your personal preferences. Let me just say that, in my opinion, mayonnaise dressing will unreasonably weigh down a light vegetable salad. Therefore, I suggest mixing a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a few drops of vinegar (I prefer to use apple cider vinegar in this salad; balsamic is good, but it will change the color scheme of the finished salad) and salt to taste. If you are an ardent opponent of vinegar, then you can safely cross it off the list and fill in the missing acid with lemon juice. Adjust the taste of the salad in your own way.
