Ingredients:

500 gr. Curd

5 st. spoons of sugar

0.5 cup flour

2 tsp cocoa

Soda - 0.5 teaspoon

Vegetable oil

Enter eggs, cocoa sugar, vanillin into the cottage cheese to taste. Mix the mass well. Gradually add flour, watch the consistency, the mass should not be too thick. Form cheesecakes, roll in flour or semolina. Fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve with jam or sour cream.

Amazing syrniki recipe shared with me by my friend Nadya. Today I did cottage cheese pancakes according to the suggested recipe.

For making cottage cheese pancakes we need:

Cottage cheese - 250-300 grams

A pinch of salt

Soda - on the tip of a knife (I also add a pinch of baking powder)

0.5 cup sugar (I have a sweet tooth, but you can add sugar to your liking)

0.5 cup flour

Pack of vanillin

Vegetable oil for frying

Mash the cottage cheese, add salt, sugar and eggs and mix well. Add a pinch of baking soda, baking powder, vanillin to the flour and mix everything. Combine flour with cottage cheese. Knead the dough. It should be soft, but not liquid, it will stick to your hands.

Before you start make cheesecakes, roll your hands in flour, or sprinkle the dough with a little flour, then it will be easier to work with it. The process is certainly not very convenient, but necessary. If you add a lot of flour to the dough, the cheesecakes will turn out dense and tasteless.

Shape into patties (not completely flat) and fry in a skillet over medium heat.

When the pancakes are browned on one side, flip them over. They will rise during the frying process. True, the finished pancakes will still fall off slightly, but they will turn out to be very tasty, tender and with the taste of cottage cheese, not flour.

I still found one drawback with these pancakes - even for two people they are not enough, and if you have lovers of cheesecakes, feel free to increase the portion two or three times.
