Add sour cream sauce to cottage cheese. If possible, use rustic cottage cheese. It is much healthier and tastier, especially for our children. You can cook yourself too.

How fatter product, the tastier the curd mass and, of course, the more high-calorie. Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous consistency. It's hard to do this with a spoon.

You will need an immersion blender. Punch so that the curd mass turns out to be similar in consistency to cream. If you don’t have a blender, wipe the cottage cheese through a fine strainer before using, several times.

Send the swollen raisins to a colander. Let the water drain. Take a few paper towels and dry well on all sides. Berries should not be wet.

Add prepared dried fruits to the curd mass. Stir until the raisins are evenly distributed.
