I don’t know, there is no explanation for this, after surfing the Internet, I even discovered a different system for taking this drug. I'll give you the one I have. And I ask everyone who reads this article to leave their opinion and add what you know about this elixir.

In any case, even if the recipe has absolutely nothing to do with the ancient monks, it is still, indeed, an elixir of youth due to the extraordinary garlic - other greatest gift of nature.

Recipe for Tibetan balm for body rejuvenation (garlic)

So, a tincture of garlic in alcohol is a recipe for longevity. We will need new harvest garlic and rubbing alcohol. You can use well-purified moonshine.

Take 350 grams of mature, peeled garlic from a new harvest, finely crush it with a wooden mortar or rub it with a wooden spoon in a porcelain or wooden bowl until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We take 200 grams of this mass, the one with more juice (bottom) and fill it with 200 grams of purified medical alcohol. We don’t throw away the top garlic, we send it to the table for lunch! Starting from the 12th day, repeat the reception as on the first day, that is, with 1-2-3 drops per dose, respectively, and so on according to the scheme until the balm runs out.

This volume was enough for me for 6 months, someone drank it in five months, it all depends on the diameter of the pipette. But on average, six months of treatment is provided.

Another ancient recipe accessible to everyone, which was used not only by Tibetans, but also by ancient Russian healers, Russian tsars and their royal wives.

The recipe contains well-known dried herbs that have a whole storehouse of healing properties:

  • birch buds-100 gr.,

Stir the mixture, finely grind or pass through a coffee grinder (I think this is unnecessary; they simply didn’t exist in ancient Tibet), pour into a glass container and close tightly. In the evening, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 0.5 liters of boiling water and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. You can infuse it in a thermos. Before going to bed, drink one glass of decoction with the addition of 1 teaspoon of honey. Don’t drink or eat anything else before bedtime!

In the morning, heat the remaining broth and drink it with honey before breakfast 15-20 minutes.

Place 3 liters of natural apple juice without sugar and preservatives (preferably prepared with your own hands before the full moon) on the windowsill in front of the window in a transparent glass jar. When the moon is full, drink 1 liter of juice on an empty stomach in several doses for 3 days in a row. These days you can only eat plant foods. When all the juice has been drunk, pour 1 liter of spring or silicon water into a jar and leave it in the same place. Cover the jar with a thin linden board and place a wild apple on top. ❧ Finely chop dry or fresh watermelon rinds. 1-2 tsp. pour 1 glass of boiling water and drink (no more than 3 glasses a day) for quite a long time.
