That's all for today! I hope you liked the article. If so, then by clicking on the social network buttons you will share it with your friends. And I, in turn, will be grateful to you for your likes and comments.

Hello, friends! We continue the conversation and will talk again today about this very interesting and tasty dish - okroshka with kefir. This option did not appear immediately, after all, in Rus' it was made primarily, because this particular bread drink was previously made in buckets, and maybe even barrels.

And then one cook added kefir instead of a strong potion, people appreciated it and ran the recipe across the fields and across the open spaces. By the way, it belongs to the category of dietary dishes. So, if you don’t want to put your figure to the test once again, then it’s better to take this option.

Everyone knows that the main ingredients in this cold soup are fresh vegetables and herbs.

Take them randomly, you can by eye, but you can avoid sausage and meat altogether. Today we’ll look at all the most popular and varied options for this seemingly simple first course.

Remember only one thing: all the ingredients will need to be chopped and chopped with a knife.

Place them in a deep container, and then season them and invite everyone to the dinner table.

Any Russian person will like such a white stew, but do you know why? Yes, because we Russians love such dishes for their simple execution, and also because they contain a lot of vegetables, and most importantly sausages.

Well, greens are no exception, as they are rich in vitamins. Also, the classic method of cooking okrokha can be used in the fight against excess weight. Take a look at these numbers.

Impressive? As you may have noticed, this plate shows everything by gram and includes beef tenderloin. This will be more correct and leaner, this is exactly what the folk recipe dictates. But that’s not about that now, we’ll talk about this combination later.

For many I know, this option will be a revelation, like for me. Definitely try it, because this liquid has not only a pleasant appearance, but also useful properties.

For horizons. Whey is a brilliant drink of youth and longevity.

What to do if there is no such elixir, try replacing it with at least any meat broth, it will also be good.

We will need:

  • boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • boiled egg - 3 pcs.
  • sausage – 280 g
  • kefir - 1 l
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
  • whey - 1 l
  • greens - optional
  • salt - optional

One such nuance, many people ask how many liters of liquid should be taken for the entire mass. Here, everyone decides for themselves, because some people like thick vegetable dishes, and some like thinner ones, regulate it yourself.

Cooking method:

1. To speed up the cooking process, take a vegetable cutter. Or, in general, you can use a nicer-dicer, hop-hop, and you’ll get such even and neat pieces.

You won't believe it. But the sausage also passes through such a nozzle, if you first cut it into pucks.

2. Also drive one chicken egg through it; to do this, you can first cut the egg in half and then pass it through. The result will be quite small and of the same structure.

3. But grate the second egg along with the cucumber into a red bowl. Add some salt and pepper. Add chopped onion and dill here. Take a potato masher and tap until all ingredients release their juices.

Take the biggest spoon and eat to your health! Bon appetit!

If you want to cheer up and cool down a little, then try this great option in hot weather. But it turns out that lactobacilli also live in kefir, which will help digestion and bring only one benefit to the entire system of the human body as a whole.

It’s worth looking at this fact positively, because after all, no one has canceled healthy eating.

And the beef meat is separately cooked and chopped into large pieces.

The radish didn't make it into the frame, but it's there too.

2. Now all that remains is to chop all the components with a knife, do this carefully so as not to injure your fingers.

3. And even dill and onion greens, if the green onions are very young, then cut the heads themselves too. They won't interfere here at all.

4. Then combine all the ingredients that you just crushed into one pan, pour in the kefir, stir, add salt and serve with a soft crust of bread.

Classic recipe for vegetable soup with sausage

Another great option is to add mineral water and a spoonful of lemon juice, which will add another interesting flavor to this dish. All other ingredients will be familiar to everyone, you just need to take them fresh. But it’s better to choose sausage of better quality, rather than buy the cheapest one.

Any kefir, be it low-calorie or with a high percentage of fat, will do. It depends which one you like best, because you still have to dilute it.

We will need:

  • cucumber - 6 pcs.
  • boiled or semi-smoked sausage - 400 g
  • radishes - 8 pcs.
  • onion and dill greens - a large bunch
  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • tomato - 2 pcs. optional
  • kefir - 1 l
  • sparkling mineral water – 1 l
  • lemon - 1 tbsp juice

Cooking method:

1. Prepare all product components for use. First, put a saucepan and put washed potatoes and chicken eggs into it. Once they are ready, cool them and peel them. Grind into cubes.

2. Rinse green cucumbers and radishes well. If the skins are rough, cut off the skin. Cut some of the vegetables into cubes and grate the other.

Incredible. But just like that, you will feel all the aromas of nature.

3. And as it turned out, this is not all, to make it even tastier and fragrant, green onions and dill must first be chopped finely with a knife, then add salt and a potato masher, go through these components. Liquid will immediately release, but this is not the most important thing.

The greens will become soft and tender, they will not be rough in the finished dish.

Place the blanks in a deep container, you can even take a basin.

4. Stir the whole mass so that it turns out uniform. But it is not recommended to add salt right away, otherwise water will accumulate after a while.

Just before serving, combine kefir with mineral water, add a spoonful of lemon juice, stir, and as soon as you put it into portions, add salt and add the red ingredient (tomato). Also cut it into small square pieces. Happy discoveries!
