In a convenient bowl, combine 200 grams of good dark chocolate, which we break into pieces or chop with a knife, and 100 grams of butter. Despite the fact that it is recommended to melt chocolate in a water bath, it is much faster and more convenient to do this in a microwave oven on the Defrosting mode. The most important thing is not to overheat the chocolate, otherwise it will curl up into lumps. Then there will be no going back. Every 5-10 seconds of heating in the micro, we take out a bowl with chocolate and butter, mix everything with a spoon or fork. When the chocolate is hot enough, just stir it thoroughly - the pieces will melt completely on their own from the heat of the butter. By the way, dark chocolate melts longer than milk chocolate. But in this recipe, I still drowned chocolate with butter in a water bath on the stove, since it was in this dish that I later made the dough for brownie with cherries.
